Kasi Steele helped us purchase Trex patio furniture four years ago. Recently the loveseat we purchased had structural issues that could not be repaired. I recalled that Trex furniture comes with a warranty. I contacted Kasi again and she willingly contacted Trex. With Kasi’s advice I took pictures of the remaining furniture that also had some cracks indicating potential issues. Kasi submitted all photographs and to my surprise all units were replaced.
